This is a 1978 first edition hardback copy in fine condition. It has been flat signed by Battle of Britain fighter pilot Peter Townsend and then enhanced with a large Cuthbert Orde style pencil portrait on the fly leaf by Steve Teasdale. The dust jacket is bright and whole with no obvious sunning. The book itself is clean with no spotting or browning of the pages.
