This is a 1972 1st Ed Hardback in really good condition. It includes a 1940 dated London Gazette Citation for the award of the DFC to Harbourne Stephen. It has been signed by Stephen many years ago. There are a further 3 relevant signatures mounted into the book - all of which flew with Sailor Malan. Neville Duke was wingman to Malan whilst based at Biggin Hill. Jonny Freeborn & Arthur Smith both flew in the Battle of Britain with Malan & 74 Sqn. This is a lovely book with some very slight browning/ spotting to the page ends which is only visible when closed. The dustjacket is complete and very slightly faded near the spine ( hardly noticeable ) and has one extremely small tear.
