The photograph of the description tells us that this grain sack (used to keep soldiers warm in the field) was found in an area of severe fighting by the SS Norland Division. The sack had a 1943 date stamped on one side and the other included this magnificent stamped eagle. The sack was then hand painted with an image from a WW2 propaganda poster with a soldier asking for no sharing of information. The sacking is grubby in parts with some wear and holes in places but looks great framed up as a piece of historical memorabilia.
