This is a real one-off! This genuine 1940’s Kings Crown pint mug has been enhanced with an original hand painting in acrylics by Steve Teasdale. The painting depicts Figaro the cat as seen on the cockpit side of 87 Sqn Battle of Britain Ace Ian ‘Widge’ Gleed. The mug is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks but some crazing to the glazing. These pint mugs were used throughout the war by RAF air and ground crew and are difficult to find in such good condition. 
Please note, this mug is for decorative/ collecting purposes only and must not be used as a drinking vessel due to the delicate nature of the hand painting. It can be wiped with a dry cloth only.
