Bob Foster entered the RAF VR shortly before WW2. He fought throughout the Battle of Britain in Hurricanes with 605 Sqn. Surviving the Battle he became an instructor before then being sent out to Australia to defend Darwin against the Japanese. He was awarded the DFC. This hardback first edition 2008 book is in virtually mint condition. It has been flat signed by Bob Foster and further enhanced by a large original pencil drawing remarque by Steve Teasdale. It also features a genuine wartime RAF Volunteer Reserve uniform patch mounted on the title page.
