This is an incredible piece ready for framing. It features a highly detailed and accurate original pencil portrait drawing of SAS Commander Blair ‘Paddy’ Mayne by Steve Teasdale. The drawing is roughly 28x20 cm and has been creating on sepia recycled paper with white highlights, giving it a period look and feel. Underneath the drawing there is a professionally mounted Fairburn Sykes Commando knife with blackened handle and blade, as used by the SAS. There is also a museum copy reproduction SAS embroidered cap badge mounted above the dagger. This whole piece is ready to frame ( measuring approximately 57.5cm long by 42cm wide ) - please look at the last image to see what it would look like with a nice deep frame around it. This is a superb homage to Paddy Mayne and a totally unique and one- off item which would make a superb presentation piece. Whilst it is possible to send this via courier within the UK we would rather arrange pickup or a mutually agreed meeting point to arrange handover. Any courier expenses and risks would be with the buyer.
