This is a lovely 1961 hardback copy published by Muller. The whole dustjacket is clean and bright with some very slight rubbing/ creasing and browning, overall very good to excellent condition. The book itself is in superb condition with no spine lean and little in the way of bumps or browning. The book has been enhanced on the title page with an original drawing of a DeHavilland Mosquito by Steve Teasdale. Underneath the drawing is the professionally mounted genuine signature of William ‘Sticks’ Gregory who was Abraham’s Radar operator throughout the majority of his victories. Braham was the most highly decorated airman in RAF Fighter Command. He claimed the destruction of 29 enemy aircraft. In addition, he claimed a further six damaged and four probable victories. One of these probable victories can be confirmed through German records, making an unofficial total of 30 enemy aircraft destroyed. Nineteen were achieved at night. He was the most successful British pilot on twin-engine aircraft. The 19 victories claimed at night rivalled John "Cats Eyes" Cunningham's tally and was bettered only by night fighter pilot Branse Burbridge.

You will struggle to find a better copy of this great story.
